一位女飞行员的体验营故事(中英对照)

 Kucki是德国人、作家,也是南非的第一位女飞行员。她身体一向很好,但在哥哥的感召下拉着朋友一起参加了温哥华体验营,结果思想、身体转变都很大。她还决定,明年我到南非办讲座和体验营时,她跟友人一起去当义工。

 香港之行愉快吧?我相信您的演讲一定是场场爆满。再次向您深切感恩,体验营的经历完全改变了我的人生航向。就像我在后附的分享文章中所言,参加体验营给我的最大馈赠是它完全改变了我看待任何潜在疾患的方式,因为您毫不动摇地坚信无论病名如何,都不过是经络淤堵,我现在知道该如何应对了。一位女飞行员的体验营故事(中英对照)

 我每天都在坚持拍头和其他部位,每天拉筋2次。并且,我在饮食方面也做了大的调整,我现在喜欢面包+橄榄油的吃法,而不用杏仁奶油。这样吃味道不错,很可能更易消化。

 我和一位密友参加了2013824-30日在加拿大温哥华举办的拍打拉筋体验营。我的朋友在开营当天差点取消行程,因为她感觉自己太虚弱,起不了床。真是谢天谢地,她没有放弃!体验营第一天后她就好转很多。当她老公一周后来接她时,他简直不敢相信这就是一周前从床上爬起来参加体验营的那个人!现在,她的健康状况恢复得不错。相互分享这段疗愈历程,体验营的点滴回忆和欢声笑语将永存我心 —— 这比我们度过的任何假日都好太多了。

 我的哥哥住在南非约翰内斯堡,他在非洲地区积极推广拍打拉筋。他坚持让我参加温哥华的体验营,他说:“我希望我的小妹妹(我都67岁啦!)活得长长久久。”我自认为很幸运,身体健康,我都不记得什么时候去看过医生了,所以我自觉没有必要参加体验营。Axel向我解释说拍打就像是全身扫描,能够发现和对治潜在疾患,因为这些健康问题我可能并不知情,但将来会冒出来的。的确如此,尽管我自认为完全健康,还是被拍得青一块黑一块的。

 我非常了解自己的身体状况,唯一困扰我的是身体没有自己期望的那样灵活。我非常热爱瑜伽和静坐,过去8年一直每天坚持在做。虽然做了这么久,但在静坐时下面要是没有垫子就不能盘腿而坐(散盘),脚底下要是不垫上东西就不能下蹲到底。这一切在一周的体验营中完全改变了。一位女飞行员的体验营故事(中英对照)

 体验营结束前两天,我在30分钟的静坐过程中非常舒适地坐在地板上(散盘),下面没有垫上任何东西。这让我非常激动。并且,开营当天为学员们量了下蹲时地板与臀部之间的距离,我的是13’’。在体验营结束时再次测量,这个数值降到了4’’。想想看,我的体内都在发生哪些变化,竟然在6天内就有这么大的进步。另外,我的体重从133磅降到125磅,减肥8磅,这个“副作用”还真不赖!一位女飞行员的体验营故事(中英对照)

 回家后,我每天坚持拍打头部1小时,每天拉筋2次,每次一条腿15分钟。我迫不及待地想看到一定会出现的种种变化。我意识到参加体验营不仅仅是为了应对健康方面的挑战,还能避免将来会出现的健康问题。深切感恩我有机会参加此次体验营,感恩我从萧宏慈老师那里学到的一切。参加体验营给我的最大馈赠是它完全改变了我看待任何潜在疾患的方式,因为萧宏慈老师毫不动摇地坚信无论病名如何,都不过是经络淤堵,我现在知道该如何应对了。从今以后,每当我看到自己或别人出现任何健康问题,我的脑海里都会回响起他的话:“拍打!拉筋!行动!问题肯定会消失!”多好的礼物!我完全赞成!

As I mentioned in my testimonial the biggest gift for me was that it totally changed the way I think of any potential illness, because of your unshakable trust that regardless of the name you give them, it’s nothing but blocked Meridians that I now know how to deal with.

I have been doing Paida on my head as well as other parts daily and stretching twice a day. Also I changed my diet quite a bit and am enjoying bread with Olive oil instead of Almond butter. It tastes delicious and is probably a lot easier to digest.

I attended the Paida and La Jin workshop in Vancouver BC, August 24th - 30th with a close friend of mine who had been sick for quite some time and almost canceled on the day the workshop started, as she felt she was too weak to get out of bed. I am sooo grateful she didn't. Even after the first day the positive change in her was amazing. When her husband picked her up a week later he could not believe she was the same person that had crawled into the workshop a week prior. She is now well on her way to regaining her health. It was so wonderful to share this healing journey with each other and the memories and laughs will stay with me forever - much better than any holiday we could have taken.

 

My brother Axel in Johannesburg, SA, who has been actively promoting Paida & Lajin (clapping and stretching) in Africa, insisted I attend the Vancouver workshop as he said, “I want my little sister (67 years) around for a long time.” I consider myself fortunate to be healthy and have not been to a doctor for as long as I can remember, so I felt there was no need for me to attend. Axel explained to me that Paida (clapping) is like doing a scan of your entire body to discover and treat latent illnesses that I might not be aware of, but that will surface in future. That was certainly the case, as I came out black and blue from the Paida even though I thought I was completely healthy.

 

Being very aware of my body the only thing that bothered me was that I was not quite as flexible as I wanted to be. I am very passionate about Yoga and meditation and have been doing it daily for the last 8 years. Even though I have been doing it for so long, I was not able to sit with my legs crossed (easy pose) during meditation without sitting on a bolster and I also could not do a squat without having a block under my soles. That all changed in the one week.

Two days before the workshop ended, I sat on the floor quite comfortably without any support in easy pose for our 30 minute meditations. I was thrilled. Also on the first day they measured the distance from the floor to our butts doing the squat and mine was 13 ". When they measured it again at the end of the workshop it was down to 4 ". It blows me away to think what changes are happening in my body to get such dramatic results in 6 days. On top of it I lost 8lbs, went from 133lbs to 125lbs, great side benefit.

Since I got back I have been doing Paida my head for one hour a day, plus doing the stretching for 15 minutes each side twice a day. Can't wait for all the changes that I know will show up. I realized that attending a workshop is not only for someone that has health challenges, but also to avoid health challenges in the future. I am extremely grateful to have attended the workshop and all that I learned from Master Hong-chi Xiao. The biggest gift for me is that it totally changed the way I think of any potential illness, because of Master Hong-chi Xiao's unshakable trust that regardless of the name you give them, it's nothing but blocked Meridians, that I now know how to deal with. I will never again look at any health challenge in myself or others without hearing his voice in my head: "Just do Paida & La Jin and for SURE it will be gone! What a gift!!! I am completely sold!
